ORDER

     Separate vakalatnamas for OP No.1,2 & 3 have been filed. The matter has been settled between the complainant and OP No.1. Statement of Sh.N.P.Sharma, Counsel for OP No.1 has been recorded. Statement of Sh.Nitin Bhasin, Counsel for Complainant has also been recorded, in view of which the complaint stands disposed of in terms of settlement as fully satisfied. The parties shall be bound by the statements made before this Forum and the same shall be deemed to be a part of this order. If OP No.1 fails to pay Rs.14,969/- to the complainant within a period of 20 days from today, then OP No.1 shall pay that amount of Rs.14,969/- alongwith interest @ 12% p.a. from today i.e. 23.08.2016 till the payment is made.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
