Today is fixed for appearance of OC, Kaliganj P.S and further order.

Ld. Adv. for the complainant is absent.

O/C Kaliganj P.S is present with report.

On perusal of the said report  we find that O/C Kaliganj P.S. inquired the matter and found complainant  Lutfa Bibi   died on 20.08.2021.

 He produced copy of death certificate and certificate issued by Palassey 2 no. Gram Panchayat. 

 Hence, it is

Ordered

That the present case be and the same vide no. CC/240/2020 is dismissed for non prosecution.
