Today is fixed for hearing of this M.A. case which has been instituted by applicant (complainant of C.C. case No.36/2024) for passing an order of injunction.

O.p. nos.2 to 4 have filed W/O against the injunction petition.

Heard both sides. Considered submission.

Perused the injunction petition. Examine the W/O.

It appears from the original Case record (CC/36/2024) that trial of the above noted complaint case has already been commenced and the said case is pending for filing reply by complainant against the questionnaire  filed by O.p. nos.2 to 4.

It appears from the case record that the complainant/applicant of this M.A. case has already obtained an order of injunction from this District Commission in this case and that injunction order has been extended time to time.

Considering all the above noted factors the order of injunction is made absolute till the disposal of this case.

In the light of the observation made above this M.A. case is disposed of. Let this case record be tagged with the case record of CC/36/2024.
