Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Present:     None for complainant.

         

                    Today the case was fixed for consideration on the point of maintainability of complaint. The present complaint has been filed by complainant Vinay Dabas in the capacity of proprietor of Anoop Oil Company but there is no document on file in order to ascertain the fact that he is proprietor of the said firm. Neither today nor yesterday none has appeared on behalf of complainant in order to explain that the complainant is proprietor of the said firm. It seems that the complainant is not interested in persuing his complaint.

                Hence, in view the above facts, the present complaint is dismissed. However, the complainant is at liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action in the court of competent jurisdiction, if so desired. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
