Today is fixed for appearance of OP and filing W/V by OP.

Complainant No. 1 and 2 are physically present.

Ld. Adv for the complainant is also present.

Ld. Adv. for the complainant submits that matter has settled between the complainant and OPs out of this commission and OP refunded claimed amount and complainant no. 1 and 2 received the same and they are fully satisfied about refund of aforesaid money in their favour.

Now Complainant no. 1 and 2 decided not proceed with this case.

They pray for disposal of this case.

As the complainant no.1 and 2 got claimed amount from the OP and they are not willing to proceed with the case and prayed for disposal of this case as per the petition filed by the complainant no. 1 and 2 today.

Perused the said petition.

 Contention of the Petition is valid and legal.

 Hence, said petition is accepted.

 That the present case be and the same is dismissed for non prosecution and thereby disposed of with full satisfaction of the complainant no. 1 and 2.
