FINAL ORDER/JUDGEMENT

            The complainant is present by filing Hazira through Ld. Advocate. The case is taken up for admission hearing. At this stage the complainant has filed a petition praying for withdrawal of the case with a liberty to sue afresh.

            The said petition is taken up for hearing. Perused the petition and other materials on record. Heard the Ld. Lawyer for the complainant.

            It appears to us that there is some technical defect, as a result of which the case may fail. So it is necessary to give the complainant an opportunity to sue afresh for proper adjudication of the case. As such the petition is considered and allowed. 

          Hence it is

                                             O R D E R E D :-

That the Consumer Case no.16/2018 be and the same is withdrawn with a liberty to sue afresh on the same cause of action within the period of limitation.

The case is thus disposed of. Let the original documents, if any and the extra sets be returned to the complainant on proper identification. Let a plain copy of this order be supplied to the complainant or be sent by speed post.
