Today is fixed for admission hearing. Complainant side is found present and ready with Ld. Lawyer. Heard Ld. Advocate for the complainant side. Considered submission.

Perused the complaint petition and its annexed documents.

On close examination of the complaint petition, it appears that the complainant has prayed before this District Commission for passing direction upon the O.p. for issuing registration certificate and other certificate. But fact remains that the complainant has completed her graduation from Calcutta University and thereafter she has undergone B.ed under Burdwan University. But fact remains that the complainant had not filed any migration certificate to the registration and migration section of the University of Burdwan nor she has applied before the Migration and registration Section of University of Calcutta seeking migration certificate. All these factors would be revealed from the document “annexed –Q” which has been filed by complainant.

Thus, it is crystal clear that in the absence of migration certificate there is no scope for issuing any registration certificate by the University of Burdwan.

It is crystal clear that the complainant has miserably failed make out her case and so this District Commission has not scope to admit this case.

Thus, this case is not admitted and it is dismissed.
