C/R is taken up for admission hearing.

Complainant- Sujit Kr. Biswas appeared in person and submitted that a direction may kindly be given to the O.Ps to fix actual fees of first year class in the Pharmacy course and to receive it inter-alia. Heard him. Perused the submitted documents available on the case record. We found no documents to show that he has paid something to the O.Ps for the purpose of consideration. He prayed for direction upon the O.Ps to fix and receive his actual fees and receive the same for the purpose of admission in the first year Pharmacy course inter-alia. Therefore, the complainant has not accrued right to file this case against the O.Ps and neither he accrued the status as consumer under Section 2(7) of the C.P. Act, 2019. Hence the instant case is dismissed.
