Present:-    None for complainant.

                   Again no one has appeared on behalf of complainant. Perusal of the record reveals that it is the third consecutive occasion when neither the complainant nor his counsel has appeared before this Commission to pursue this complaint. Even the needful which was directed to be done by the complainant for effecting service upon opposite parties has also not been done. This apparently shows that perhaps complainant is no longer interested to continue with the present complaint. Waited sufficiently. It is already 1:30 P.M. No further wait is justified. Hence, the present complaint is hereby stands dismissed in default for want of prosecution. File be consigned to records.
