Case called out.  Both counsels present.  DHR counsel filed memo for being received DD for sum of Rs.18,00,000/- drawn in favour of DHR.  JDR counsel also filed memo stating that they are tendered a DD for sum of Rs.18,00,000/-drawn in favour of DHR and the entire payments made. In view of the memo filed by the DHR the EP is hereby closed as fully and finally settled.
