Heard Ms.  D. Talukdar, learned counsel, appearing for the applicant/complainant. Also heard Mr. D. Das, Mr. A. Gogoi and Mr. S. Khound, learned counsel, appearing on behalf of opposite party Nos. 1,2 and 3 respectively.

      This is an application praying for impleadment of (1) Dr. Biswajit Gogoi, M.S., Pratiksha Hospital, (2) Dr. Nayan Moni Dek, Paeditrician Consultant, Pratiksha Hospital, (3) Dr. Partha Pratim Bora, Paeditrician, Pratiksha Hospital, (4) Dr. Daisy Gogoi, Anesthesiologist, Pratiksha Hospital and (5) Dr. R.M. Das, ( Guest Doctor), Pratiksha Hospital as opposite parties in the complaint case.

      Learned counsel appearing for the opposite party Nos. 1,2 and 3 have submitted that they have no objection to the prayer made by the applicant/complaint for impleadment of the above opposite parties in the complaint case.

      In view of the prayers so made, impleadment as prayed for, is allowed.

      Misc Case is allowed and disposed of accordingly.
