Present:- Sh.Arvind Sharda, Advocate Counsel for the Complainants.

Statement of Sh.Arvind Sharda, Advocate Counsel for the Complainants recorded that due to some technical defects in the present complaint, he withdraw the present complaint. Permission may kindly be granted to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action. The Original documents i.e. Ex.C-1 & Ex.C-2 may be returned to the Counsel for the Complainant.

In view of the statement suffered by Ld. Counsel for the Complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with permission to the complainant to file afresh complaint on the same cause of action.
