         Today is fixed for taking steps by the Appellant.

          The Appellant did not take any step.

          So, it appears that the Appellant lost his interest to proceed with the appeal.

         Accordingly, the A/789/2019 is dismissed for non-compliance of the Order of this Commission.  The impugned order dt. 30.04.2018 passed by DCDRF, Hooghly in CC/28/2017 allowing the complaint case is upheld.

          Let a copy of this Order be sent to DCDRC, Hooghly.

          Joint Registrar of this Commission is directed to do the needful in this regard.
