          None appears on behalf of appellant. Appellant did not file any affidavit of service in terms of order no. 3 dt. 14.02.2023. Post Master Baruipur Head Post Office being the respondent appears in person and submits that he issued a demand draft of Rs. 1088/- in favour of the appellant Ajay Kr. Chakrabarti and the said appellant received the same on 18.04.2023. He placed a copy of demand draft vide no. 331402 dt. 13.04.2023 drawn on SBI, Baruipur Branch in favour of the appellant Ajay Kumar Chakrabarti. Copies of the same have been furnished by respondent. So, it appears that the direction given in the impugned order has been complied with by the respondent.

So, in view of the above observation, A/185/2022 is dismissed and the impugned order dt. 12.02.2021 passed by the Ld. DCDRF, South 24 Pgs, Baruipur in CC/189/2019 is upheld. There shall be no order as to the costs.

Let a copy of this order be sent to the Ld. DCDRF, South 24 Pgs, Baruipur for information and necessary action.

The Joint Registrar of this Commission is requested to do the needful in this regard.
