Ordered

That the complaint case No.42/2023 is settled with a direction that the Complainant Mamoni Debnath will get refund of the said sum of Rs.1,23,000/- from the OP The Post Master, Balarampur Post Office within two months alongwith interest from the date of order till the date of its realization as applicable to the scheme for which it was invested. The Complainant shall also get litigation cost of Rs.5,000/- from the OP. The Order shall be complied within two months from the date of this Order.

Let a plain copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
