Final Order / Judgement

Sri Gopinath Dash, Adv appeared on OP No. 3 & 4 executing fresh power with obtaining no objection from previous conducting advocate. He also filed certain documents, complainant was directed to file requisites for issuance of notice on OP No. 1 on 28.02.2023. Thereafter, the complainant did not appear from dt. 28.02.2023 to till today in thirteen posted dates.

In view of aforesaid observations, it is found complainant is not showing interest to proceed with this case. Hence, the complaint case is being dismissed for default.
