2. Director, Town and Country Planning, through its Chairman of Committee (with the powers of approval of site plan, controlled area of MCF), HUDA Building, Sector-12, Faridabad (Haryana).

2. Mr. Vaibhav Jain, learned counsel for respondent No.1. has also suffered a statement that he does not want to pursue further with the Miscellaneous Application No.293 of 2022 at this stage and wants to withdraw the same.
3. In view of the statement suffered by learned counsel for respondent No.1 and the contents of the application, Miscellaneous Application No.293 of 2022 stands dismissed as withdrawn.
4. On the other hand, Mr. Saurabh Sharma, learned counsel for appellant has suffered a statement that he may be permitted to withdraw the present appeal having become in-fructuous as per Memo No.5250 dated 22.06.2023 issued by HSVP (Annexure Ex.A-1). His statement in this regard recorded separately.
5. In pursuance of the statement suffered by Mr. Saurabh Sharma, learned counsel for the appellant, present appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn being in-fructuous.
6. A copy of this order be provided to all the parties free of cost as mandated by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. This order be also uploaded forthwith on the website of the Commission for the perusal of the parties.
7. Application(s), pending, if any, stand disposed off accordingly in terms of this order.
8. Statutory amount of Rs.13,550/- (Rs. Thirteen thousand five hundred fifty only) deposited at the time of filing of present appeal be refunded to the appellant against proper receipt, identification and as per rules.
9. File be consigned to record room alongwith a copy of this order.
