            The complainant- along with his Ld. Advocate is present.

            The Ld. Advocate for the OPs   is also present.

            By a petition, the Ld. Advocate for the complainant submits that  the an amicable settlement arose in between the finance company and the complainant and the complainant is not willing to proceed with the case  on the basis of full and final settlement as the vehicle in question has been deposited by the Finance Company and prays for passing necessary order.

            Xerox copy of the Aadhaar care of the complainant has been filed.

Heard both sides.

 The problem of the complainant has been settled with full and final satisfaction of the complainant and as the complainant is not willing to precede with the case anymore, so the case is disposed of .

            Accordingly, it is

                                                         ORDERED

that the Consumer Complainant No.  27/2022 be and the same is disposed of .

            M.A. cases being Nos. 47/2023, 72/2023 & 73/2023 are also disposed as the CC/27/2022 is  disposed.

            Let a copy of this order be given to the parties on free of cost.
