The Complainants are absent on repeated calls. Nome for the Complainants is present and no step is taken for them. None is present for the OPs on call. No E/Chief is filed by the Complainant.

It appears from the order dated 16.04.2018 passed in this case that the Complainant remained absent on 16.04.2018 for which they were asked to show cause on 26.04.2018. The Dhrs were absent on 26.04.2018 also. Cause was not shown by the Complainant and no step is taken for them. It is now 2.00 pm.

It seems to us that Complainants are not at all interested to proceed with the case.

Hence, it is ordered that the that the Consumer complaint being no. 07 of 2018 be and the same is dismissed for default. No costs.
