The Ld. Advocate on behalf of the Complainant is present and files a petition to withdraw the case.

The Ld. Advocate on behalf of the Complainant stating inter-alia that the matter has been amicably settled with the O.Ps, accordingly, he does not intend to proceed with the case and withdraw the same.

The Complainant is examined and the identity of Prasenjit Saha is verified with his self attested Aadhaar Card, identified by his Ld. Advocate Santosh Kr. Sah.

Heard. Considered and the Complainant is permitted to withdraw the case.

Hence, it is

Ordered

            That the present Case No. CC/38/2024 be and the same is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.
