          Today, none has appeared on behalf of the complainant to file the reply to the application dated 26.04.2023, for dismissal of the complaint, filed by the OPs. From the perusal of zimni orders, it is revealed that even from the last two dates of hearing i.e. 10.05.2023 and 29.05.2023, none appeared on behalf of the complainant. Case called several times since morning, but none has appeared on behalf of complainant. It appears that the complainant is not interested to pursue the present complaint. Accordingly, the present complaint is dismissed in default for want of prosecution. Certified copy of the order be sent to the parties concerned free of costs as per rules. File be indexed and consigned to record room.
