ORDER

The complaint is partly allowed.

The OP is hereby directed to pay the Complainant the additional sum of Rs.69,917.55 (Rupees sixty nine nine thousand nine hundred seventeen & paise nfifty five only) with interest at the rate of 90% per annum from the date of filling of the complaint until the final payment.

The cost of Rs.5000/- /(Rupees five thousand only)shall also be paid by the OP to the Complainant.
