                     File put up before the Lok Adalat, on today. Keeping in view the statement dated 5.12.2023, suffered by the counsel for the complainant as well as counsel for the respondent No.2, without making any adverse comment, on the act and conduct of the any of the parties, touching to the merit of the case, matter being amicably settled, and the present complaint is accepted, against the respondent No.2, holding it, liable to make the payment of Rs.45,000/- only, to the complainant as full and final payment of the same, within 60 days, from today and in default of it, respondent No.2 shall be liable to make the payment of simple interest @ 8 % p.a., on the award amount, from the date of order, till actual realization of award amount. File be consigned to the records.
