                     Adv. Naman Shukla along with Mr. Vijay Batra, OP Bank Manager.

                       

JD states that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties for an amount of Rs. 9,00,000/-  as full and final settlement. DH has already received the settlement amount. Therefore the matter may be disposed off as settled.

 The settlement being fair and appropriate has been accepted.  Complaint is disposed of as settled.   Copy of   this order be given Dasti.
