Akhil Vs. New India Assurance

Present:       Sh. Kunal Juneja, Advocate for the DH.

                   Sh. D.S. Chauhan, Advocate for the JD.    

                   Learned counsel for DH made a statement that payment has been received from the JD. So he withdraws the present execution being fully satisfied. 

                   In view of the above statement made by the DH counsel, present execution is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of costs.
