  2. The New India Assurance Company Limited, Divisional Office NH-5-R/2, Near Badshash Khan Chowk, N.I.T. Faridabad (Haryana) through its responsible Person.                                                                                                                                                                                                                          ……….                         Sh. Nikhil Gupta, Advocate for Ops No. 1 and 2.

 

                        File taken up in National Lok Adalat. Ld. Counsel for OPs No. 1 and 2 made a statement that the matter has been settled between the parties in National Lok Adalat. As per compromise OPs No. 1and 2 is ready to pay Rs.60,000/- to the complainant Dharampal within 60 days from today as full and final settlement.

                        Ld. Counsel for complainant made a statement that in view of the above statement made by the counsel for Ops No. 1 and 2, he accepted the proposal of the amount of Rs. 60,000/- being full and final settlement of claim and withdraw the same being compromise in National Lok Adalat.

                        Heard. In view of the statement of Ld. Counsel for OPs No. 1 and 2 and  Ld. Counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby disposed off being compromised in Pre National Lok Adalat. Both the parties are bound by their own statements. Copy of this order be sent to both the parties free of cost. File be consigned to record after due compliance.
