                Today the case is fixed for consideration on the statements suffered by learned counsel for the parties.

                On 11.12.2024 learned counsel for the OPs suffered his separate statement to the effect that matter has been compromised with the complainant and the company is ready to pay an amount of Rs.9500/- to the complainant being full and final settlement within 45 days from today.  

                Learned counsel for the complainant also suffered his separate statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised between the parties and the OP-company is ready to pay an amount of Rs.9500/- to the complainant being full and final settlement within 45 days from today. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the OP, he withdraws the present complaint being compromised.   

                   In view of the statement of learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Parties concerned be communicated the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
