Having regard to the facts and allegations and   placing reliance on the decision of Hon’ble National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission in M/s Vani Marine Pvt. Ltd., v/s New India Assurance Company Ltd., as reported in 2001(CPJ) 26 (NC) and also relying on the judgment of the Hon’ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay (Panaji Bench) reported in 2014(4) of ALL MR 379 M/s Madgavkars Salvage and Towage Company Pvt. Ltd., v/s United India Insurance Company Limited,  we are of the view that the complaint of the complainant cannot be allowed.  Sufficient facts have been brought on record by the opposite party/Insurance Company to show that there has not been any deficiency in service in this case.  We therefore, dismiss the complaint with no order as to cost.
