Complainant absent. Represented. Repeated notice served. Judgment Debtor appeared. Judgment Debtor produced photocopy of cheque No.805851 of standard charted Bank dated 20.06.2018 of Sony India and also produced copy of letter dated 06.01.2018 expressing willingness to comply the order and issued cheque No.805624 dated 24.09.2017 for Rs.73,871/-. But was unable to reach the complainant over the phone and hence issue a letter to collect the D.D after returning the defective unit. In the circumstance Joint Debtor is directed deposit the amount in the name of CDRF, Ernakulam, in compliance of this order.
