                   File taken up today on the Miscellaneous Application bearing No. 141 of 2023  filed by learned counsel for the applicant-complainant seeking permission for withdrawal of the present complaint.

2.                Heard on the miscellaneous application. Keeping in view of the contents of the application as well as contentions raised by learned counsel for applicant-complainant, present application stands allowed. Miscellaneous application No.141 of 2023 is disposed off accordingly.

3.                On the other hand, Ms. Vinod Kumari, complainant in person also suffered a statement that she does not want to pursue further with the present complaint and wants to withdraw the same. Hence, she may be permitted to withdraw the present complaint. Her statement in this regard recorded separately.

4.                In view of the statement suffered by Ms. Vinod Kumari, complainant in person along with Mr. Abhneet Taneja, counsel for the complainant the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn.

5.                A copy of this order be provided to all the parties free of cost as mandated by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. This order be also uploaded forthwith on the website of the Commission for the perusal of the parties.

6.                Application(s), pending, if any, stand disposed off accordingly in terms of this order.

7.                File be consigned to record room alongwith a copy of this order.
