This consumer complaint coming up before us on 30.11.2022 for reporting settlement and for filing Joint Memo of Compromise or for arguments (in list) and this Commission made the following Order in open court:

Both present.

 

Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, it is represented by the Counsel for both parties that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and a Joint Memo has been filed to that effect. As per the Joint Memo, the opposite parties have agreed to pay a sum of Rs.45,91,070/- towards the amount received for the flat along the compensation of Rs.17,00,000/- aggregating to Rs.62,91,070/- on or before 20.01.2023 to the complainant towards full and final settlement and inturn the complainant has agreed to withdraw the above complaint.  The said Joint Memo is recorded.

 

 

In view of the Joint Memo, this appeal is disposed off.  The Joint Memo shall form part of the order.   No costs.
