          Complainant present.  Opposite parties 1 and 2 represented.  Talk held.  Opposite parties 1 and 2 agreed to replace the defective Fridge within 30 days.  Complainant is amenable.  Hence the complaint stands closed subject to the undertaking of the opposite party that they shall give a brand new Fridge of the same specification and price along with warrantee within 30 days from today  after receiving the defective Fridge failing which the complainant is entitled to recover Rs.28,900/- along with interest @ 9 % per annum from the date of complaint till realization from the opposite parties 1 to 3 jointly and severally and from their assets.

No costs.
