Final Order / Judgement

             Heard Mr. A.I. Kathar, learned counsel, appearing for the complainant. Also heard Mr. Sibanu Sharma, learned counsel, appearing for the opposite party Nos. 1 and  2 and Mr. S. Sarma, learned counsel, appearing for the opposite party No. 3. Mr. Kathar has submitted that as per instruction of the complainant, he may be allowed to withdraw this complaint case as the grievance raised in the complaint petition has already been met by the opposite party Nos. 1 and 2.

             In view of the prayer so made by Mr. Kathar, learned counsel, appearing for the complainant and after hearing the learned counsel appearing for the opposite party Nos. 1, 2 and 3, the complainant is allowed to withdraw the instant complaint case.

             Accordingly, the complaint case is dismissed on withdrawal.
