In this case, the unit, in question, is situated at Mullanpur, Punjab and in this manner, evidence can properly be led before the Punjab State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.

                   Accordingly, Counsel for the complainant wishes to withdraw this complaint, with liberty to file it before the appropriate Commission i.e. Punjab State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.

                   Ordered accordingly.

                   Spare copy be retained for the office record and all the three original paper-books be returned to the Counsel for the complainant.

                   Certified copies of the order be sent to the parties free of charge.
