Shri Lalit Chopra, counsel for OP.

 

                   Today the case was fixed for evidence of opposite party. Learned counsel for OP made a statement that the company will accommodate for the applying of the security certificate Chandigarh and as and when there is any requirement of the OP’s employee, they will help the complainant with regard to the same.  

                   On the other hand, Vinod Kumar son of Shri Puran Chand, President, Kamboj Dharamshala, Railway Road, Karnal with Shri Sanjeev Kamboj, counsel for the complainant made a statement that in view of the statement given by the counsel for the OP, he withdraws the present complaint duly satisfied as well as the complainant has received all the original documents from the OP.

                In view of statement of complainant along with counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
