ORDER

            Counsel for the OPs has made statement that the compliance as per provisions of para No.8 of the Buyer’s Agreement stated in the prayer clause of the complaint shall be made at the time of execution of the sale deed, within one year from today. The complainant admitted statement of counsel for OPs to be correct. Such statement is placed on record.

            In view of such statements, the OPs are directed to execute the sale deed within one year from today positively in compliance of the provisions of para No.8 of the Buyer’s Agreement. The complaint stands disposed of accordingly.

            Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
