O R D E R

 

This appeal is filed U/s.41 of CPA 2019 by Complainants/Appellants aggrieved by the order dtd.11.03.2019 passed in CC/325/2017 by Dakshina Kannada DCDRF.

None appears for the Appellants. We examined the impugned order. The impugned order passed by the District Forum is on 11.03.2019, whereas the Complainants preferred this appeal on 23.03.2022. There is delay of 1071 days. No application is filed to condone the delay. We could not find any sufficient cause for the delay in preferring this appeal. Accordingly, we proceed to dismiss this appeal with no order as to cost.
