Complainant is absent and no steps taken on their behalf.Records reveals that the complainant is remained absent on 17.8.05,14.9.05,9.11.05,12.12.05 and not taken any steps 4.1.06,25.1.06  and on 5.10.05 through filed hazira but found absent on calls.Op has filed version. Post on 17.8.05 but could not served on the other side.it reveals that the complainant no more interested to proceed further with the case.Hence the proceeding is dismissed due to default of the complainant.
