Complainant present. The learned counsel for complainant presented a joint memo signed by the complainant and OP wherein it is stated within 15 days from the date of disposal of this petition the OP is going to deposit a sum of Rs.5,94,500/-. In view of memo filed by both parties, this complaint is deposed of in terms of joint memo.
