                     OPs No.1 to 3 already ex-parte vide order dated 06.01.2020.

                    

                     Today, the case is fixed for ex-parte arguments. Ld. Counsel for the Complainant, on the instructions of the Complainant, by making a separate statement, stated that the Complainant does not want to pursue with the present complaint; hence, she withdraws the same on behalf of the Complainant.

                     Heard. In view of the statement made by Ld. Counsel for the Complainant, the present complaint is hereby ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn.

                     A copy of this order be sent to the parties, free of costs and File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
