          Complaint under Section 35 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019

                   File taken up today on filing of application, by the learned counsel for the complainant and OP, for pre-ponement and withdrawal of the case. Learned counsel for the OP has suffered a statement, which is recorded separately, to the effect that matter has been compromised between the parties, whereby The Insurance Company is ready to pay a sum of Rs.1,70,000/- as full and final settlement of the entire claim of the complainant in present case. Amount will be paid within 30 days from today. Learned counsel for the complainant has also suffered a statement that he has heard the abovesaid statement of the learned counsel for the OP and agrees with the same and withdraws the present complaint.

                   In view of the aforesaid statement suffered by the learned counsel for the OP and the learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. It is made clear that parties shall remain bound by their statements.  Certified copy of this order passed in Lok Adalat be supplied to the parties concerned, free of costs, as per rules. File be indexed and consigned to record room, after due compliance.
