Complainant filed the complaint under Section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act. 1986. The allegation of the complainant is that the opposite party not reimbursed the amount spend by the complaint for rectifying the damage sustained to the vehicle. The contention of the opposite party is that the insured stands in the name of previous owner and there is no valid policy and claim was not proceeded.
After filing the chief affidavit of complainant, he was not present for cross examination and not marked documents. Complainant miserably failed to prove his case.
In the result complaint dismissed for default.
A copy of this order as per the statutory requirements is forwarded to the parties free of charge and thereafter the file be consigned to the record room.
