ORDER

BY PRESIDENT THIRU. G.VINOBHA, M.A.,B.L.,

          This complaint is filed by the complainant u/s 35 of the Consumer Protection Act.2019.

          The complainant filed this complaint against the opposite party to refund the amount for a sum of Rs.6.15 with 18% interest from the date of 12.05.2019 for the supply of paper carry bag with their logo to promote their business at the complainant’s cost and to pay the compensation of Rs.200000/- towards mental agony, sufferings for the deficiency of service, unfair trade practice, etc., to till date and to pay the cost of Rs.100000/- for meeting legal expenses and miscellaneous charges incurred by the complainant.

          Complainant absent.  No representation. Complainant has no interest in prosecuting the complaint.  Hence the complaint is dismissed for default.
