Parties represented.  The 1^st opposite party expressed their willingness to replace the defective oven with a new one according to choice of the complainant with fresh warranty to which the complainant agreed.   The 1^st opposite party is directed to comply with their undertaking on or before 15/10/2013 failing which the 1^st opposite party shall refund the price of the machine to the complainant.  In either of the events the complainant is directed to return the oven in question to the 1^st opposite party simultaneously.  Accordingly the proceedings in this complaint stands closed.
