Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Sh. Varun Kumar, JLSM alongwith Sh. Amish Goel,    counsel for the OP-2.

 

                File taken up today on the request of the both parties. Learned counsel for the OP has suffered a separate statement that the OP Bank as handed over Demand Draft of Rs.2,23,361.15/- drawn on ICICI bank dated 25.11.2022 in favour of complainant as full and final settlement.

  On the other hand, complainant has suffered separate statement to effect that he has received a Demand Draft bearing no.501253 dated 25.11.2022 amounting to Rs.2,23,361.15/- drawn on ICICI Bank. He withdraws the present complaint.

              In view of above statement, the present complaint dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
