This appeal has not been admitted.  Since there was no representation for the appellant, on 25.10.2019 we had issued notice to the counsel for the appellant.  Though the counsel had appeared once and prayed for time there has been no representation thereafter. Neither the parties nor counsel present today also.  We are not satisfied that any further time is required to be granted to the appellant in this matter.  This appeal is therefore dismissed for default.
