ORDER BY HON’BLE PRESIDENT- MR. P.K. PADHI:

                                                                                       JUDGMENT

             Counsel for complainant submitted that he is ready to pay the dues as per the letter dtd.29.02.2024 and prayed to direct to release the vehicle. The counsel for opposite parties vehemently opposed the prayer of complainant and submitted that in the meantime the payment amount is more than the notice amount dtd.29.02.2024.

            Without entering into the merit of the case we dispose of the consumer complaint with direction that the opposite parties shall receive the amount of Rs.5,38,738/- which the complainant shall deposit within 07 days and the vehicle shall be released within 07 days thereafter and rest amount accrued during the period from 29.02.2024 to till date of payment shall be paid within 03 months thereafter and the complainant shall pay his regular EMI of 2^nd loan i.e. MSME Loan and after clearance of entire loan in respect of vehicle bearing No.OD-09-K-5303 the opposite parties shall issue NOC to the complainant within one month after clearance of loan. If the opposite parties shall not issue NOC after clearance of loan the opposite parties shall pay cost of Rs.100/- per day after one month of clearance of loan. With the aforesaid observation and direction the consumer complaint is disposed of. No cost.
