Final Order & Judgment
As the MA 203/2018 has been dismissed without any cost, hence we have carefully perused the petition of complaint and it cause title. From the cause title it is evident to us that none of the OPs is deciding within the territorial jurisdiction of this Ld. Forum or carrying on business for their gain or have any branch office. Moreover the complainant has failed to show us as to whether any cause of action either wholly or in part arose within the territorial jurisdiction of this Ld. Forum. As in this respect there is no averment in the petition of complaint hence the complaint does not stand.
It is ordered that Consumer Complaint being no – 129/2018 is hereby dismissed being barred by its territorial jurisdiction. There is no order as to costs. However the complainant is at liberty to approach before the appropriate Forum/Commission/Court, if not bared otherwise.
Let plain copy of this order be given to the parties free of cost as per the CPR, 2005.
