By filing this petition Ld. Advocate for the complainant states that for proper adjudication of the case, the new  address of the OP,  as mentioned in the Scheduled of the Amendment, as sought for, should be inserted otherwise the complainant  will face irreparable loss and prays for passing order .

Having considered the submissions of the Ld. Advocate, we are of opinion that the amendment, as sought for,  is formal in nature and if it is allowed, the nature and character of the case will not be changed.

So, the prayer of the complainant is allowed.

Amend the Cause Title and the Register accordingly.

The M.A. case being No. 99/2024 is thus disposed of.

To  16.01.2025  for filing the Amended Complaint by the complainant.
