Complainant  is   present   in  person  before   this   commission  with  his   ld. counsel  Smti  Jina  Borghain.  The   opp.  party  Branch Manager  , Bank of  Baroda is   represented   by  Sri S  Khound.

We have   seen  in the   record  that  parties  have   jointly  filed  a   compromise   petition no-  2119 dtd.  28/4/2023  is  pending   for  disposal    wherein   it  appears  that  the  parties   have   jointly    signed  the    compromise   petition   wherein   they  have   agreed   that  Bank  of  Baroda     had  paid  an amount  of Rs.25,000/-   only  as    full  and   final   settlement  amount   to  the   complainant   on  10/3/2023.

Accordingly  the  complainant on  received   of  te  said   amount  is    not  willing  to  proceed   with   the  case   and  accordingly  filed   the   present   compromise   petition.  After    hearing  both  the   sides  the   compromise    petition  is  allowed.  The  case  is  disposed   on compromise.
